Mortgage Medics was established by Sam Murphy and Jon Bloomfield in 2007, a baptism of fire in the midst of a recession.

The truth is, we think there's a better way to do things than the options you're generally presented with, whether it be from contacting your bank, being persuaded to speak to an estate agent's in-house adviser, or trawling through the hundreds of deals on a comparison site. We love mortgages and we love YOU! As such, we're proud to say that we put care and honesty before profits. We adopt a whole of market approach, rather than choosing to deal with a small panel of companies. This means that we deal with all available providers when advising you about a mortgage or protection contract.

Of course anyone can go and have a chat with their bank about getting a mortgage, so what's the point of a broker? Well the biggest difference is that we work for you rather than for the bank.
