Although I have trained as a yoga teacher, I still love to continue exploring the way that the body can move outside of the typical yoga patterns and routines. I love being a generalist in moving the body and along with yoga I still enjoy jumping, sprinting, weightlifting, martial arts, dance, climbing and many other movement forms.
I have found that my daily practice of yoga and meditation has helped me greatly in growing more mindful in everything that I think and do, in mind and body. Through moov I want to spread these things that have helped me to whoever I can and I hope that you will come and join in the moovment!
