He realised he wanted to become a property investor when his father (Phil Moore) started investing in 2009 with Halstead Otley and realised its potential. Since then he has invested in his property education through Progressive Property and regularly attends the local property network in which he is an honorary member. Ben has a background in Architecture and is currently studying part-time for a Bsc in Architectural Technology, he specialises in residential conversions, HMO's and extensions.

Surrounded by the positive mindset and the most encouraging forces it was infectious in jacob and he always sought something worthwhile to dedicate his full energy and passion too. Ben first introduced the benefits of property investment to Jacob in 2012 and they both instantly signed onto the next Progressive Property masterclass beginning their journey together.
