The organisation is headed by Stephen Hicken. Stephen is a qualified domestic Gas Safe Registered Gas Installer for both natural and liquid petroleum gas (LPG). He also has a qualification in Health and Safety having passed both the NEBOSH General and NEBOSH Contruction examinations. Stephen also has extensive experience in Gas Safety Auditing and Quality Control Monitoring. When not working, Stephen heads for the sky as a private pilot having gained his private pilot's licence in 2002. The organisation is further supported by Stephens wife Adele. Adele has extensive experience of working in an office and also customer relations having held a number of positions dealing with the general public.
