Established in 2007 as part of GRE Assets group, MLP compliment the company's portfolio of property investor's by providing a bespoke property management and lettings service in key locations across the UK. In 2014 we expanded our services to cover sales of the GRE group's properties to widen the market to UK property investors. With GRE Assets property portfolio growing rapidly Modern Living Properties is becoming a successful independent agent now managing properties on behalf of a broad range of investor landlords across the length and breadth of the country.
