Mill Counselling

I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor; currently work in private practice and in a busy south Manchester GP practice. I am also a Registered Member of the BACP. I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on a variety of different counselling models to provide individual clients with counselling which best suits individual needs for each situation. I believe in giving clients the time and space in a safe environment to unravel thoughts and feelings and to gain perspective and gain the confidence to make the right choices and changes and in your life.

I have experience in helping clients get back to work after extended time off, helping to cope with relationship break downs, abuse, anxiety, anger management, depression, confidence, bereavement and loss to name but a few.
