Qualifying in 1988, Michael became a partner in a Stratford upon Avon firm in 1990, moved to Coventry firm R J Kelley and Co in 1992, becoming a partner in 1996 where he developed and headed a thriving civil litigation department with teams dealing with commercial litigation, civil litigation personal injury clinical negligence and employment law. In due course the firm merged in 2003 to become the Legal 500 firm Alsters Kelley. He remained the head of department, personally having a caseload of commercial disputes and professional negligence claims. Moving down to Hastings, Michael has established a firm focused on dispute resolutions. Michael has successfully assisted a wide range of businesses in resolving disputes. His principal practice has been contractual disputes and professional negligence.
