Michael Alexander-Aspire Counselling

Hello, I'm Mike and welcome to my counselling and psychotherapy website. My private practice is based in East Leeds and is in Crossgates. The area is served by both bus and train routes, so it is accessible from most parts of Leeds. From Rawdon to Rothwell and from Roundhay to Beeston my counselling and psychotherapy service is available for you. Car parking is available at the Crossgates Therapy Center where I work, and I work most days, some evenings and Saturday afternoons. So, if you live in Garforth, work in Thorpe Park, Swillington or North Leeds, then you are just half an hour away. Meeting a counsellor for the first time and sharing your story is daunting and also there is the possibility that you may not feel able to work with that counsellor. In accord with this I do not charge you for the first session. My clients include individuals, couples and adolescent children.
