All of our repairs are undertaken in our Canterbury repair center. We do not send handsets away to any third parties. This allows us to provide a highly efficient same day service; most jobs such as screen replacements can be completed within the hour.
We are able to offer a 100% success rate as we will not return a phone until it is 100% fixed and has passed all of our vigorous testing procedures.
