Our employees have been with the company for many years and have achieved a level of skill, reliability and commitment that’s hard to match. Our director, Richard McKay maintains many of the values established by his father and he is supported by other members of the McKay family. The day to day running of McKay Flooring is carried out by Richard McKay who joined the company in 1998. Richard’s background is in Quantity Surveying though his role now involves marketing and sales both online and off. He is passionate about social media and using new technologies to help serve our customers better. Our Contract Director Stephen Fraser has worked for McKay Flooring for 25 years. He started his career as a wood flooring installer and has a vast knowledge of all aspects of wood flooring installation.
