My training in holistic massage, reflexology and pregnancy massage has given me a solid base to work from, continued training in a variety of Asian skills including Thai hot compress massage to aid deep tissue work and Indian face massage, the natural face lift” based upon ancient techniques of Ayurveda, acupressure and Reiki add a new dimension to my approach, Training in postural assessment and pelvic pain management further my understanding and deepen my ability to be truly holistic in my approach. I believe massage should be available to all, young or old, as the restorative and healing power of holistic massage is truly amazing, be it through relaxation, re-balancing, through continuity of care, or the deep understanding that I offer of how the body works as a 'whole'.
