Appointments also available in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. Sunny Jaspal is a professionally trained therapist with the aim of bridging the gap between complementary and mainstream medicine.

With over 7 years of professional experience, Sunny began studying complementary therapy when she was 19 after first-hand experience of its benefits. Her approach incorporates her knowledge as a complementary therapist practicing massage, reflexology and aromatherapy to create a unique and synergistic treatment. She has a real passion for helping others. She is fully qualified, insured and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

Sunny qualified as a therapist in 2006 after 2 years of studying a holistic diploma which taught her reflexology, massage and aromatherapy. She also studied Indian head massage, advanced reflexology techniques, aromatherapy chemistry and skincare to build upon her foundations. She spent the next year building up her experience by working with organisations such as Mind, BBPositive and the NHS focusing on mental health, HIV, stress and bereavement around the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire area.
