Martina Watts

Martina Watts MSc Nut Med DipION MBANT NTCC CNHC is a registered Nutritional Therapist practising in Brighton, East Sussex, UK. She studied at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, and completed the MSc Nutritional Medicine programme at Surrey University with Distinction. Since 1999, Martina has been working with adults, children and teenagers to provide them with expert nutritionist advice and recommendations to support their optimal digestive, immune, hormonal and mental health.

In addition to private practice she is a Visiting/Guest Lecturer at a number of institutions, including the Northern College of Acupuncture, The Institute of Psychiatry (King's College, London) and the University of Westminster, London (2011-14). She is an independent Consultant Nutritionist for schools, local government and Nuffield Proactive Health and regularly runs nutrition and behaviour workshops for families, teachers, and health and social care professionals.
