Martin Hilary

Before starting her own practice in 1997, Hilary Martin was an Associate Director of Derek Lovejoy Partnership in Manchester. Working for one of the largest landscape practices she was responsible for major projects throughout the UK, and abroad. She designed and managed Ј7.5m worth of urban coastal regeneration projects in North Wales which were recognised by awards from the Concrete Society and the Brick Development Association.

Hilary Martin Integrated Design is a Landscape Architecture practice offering high quality urban and rural landscape design; garden design; landscape and visual impact assessment; and expert witness services. Clients include Local Authorities, Utilities, Developers, Architects, Planning Consultants, and private landowners.

Hilary Martin is the practice principal, with over 25 years of experience as a Chartered Landscape Architect.

Design quality, professionalism, and good communication skills have been key to the development and success of the practice. Hilary Martin has a proven track record in achieving planning approval and success in planning appeals where issues of landscape and visual impact arise. She has a good working relationship with many of the Local Authorities in the South, both as a direct consultant to them and on behalf of external clients.
