Soon we were being asked to help with injuries and rehabilitation so in 1997 we qualified in Personal Fitness Training and the following year, qualified in Sports Therapy in order to help people with sports injuries and non-sports related problems such as back pain.

In our early days, we worked with several professional teams and international athletes including Barry Town AFC, Inter Cable-Tel AFC, Barry Rugby Club, Welsh Athletics.

We now provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of most injuries using a modality called Neuro Kinetic Therapy™ (NKT). This is a muscle and movement assessment technique and we then use an appropriate treatment method such as stretching, massage, or strengthening. We deal with a vast range of issues such as muscle strains, joint problems, back and neck pain, breathing issues, to name a few. While a lot of our clients are active in sport, an equal number are those that have pain from poor posture, work or leisure related injuries.
