Kaisho Ju-Jitsu Ryu was founded in November 2007 with the aim of providing a realistic and street smart way for all ages to defend themselves in today's world. The techniques that we teach are a combination of Ju-Jitsu, Karate and Kickboxing. This combination provides an all-round self defence ability that can be used in many situations. The martial arts that we teach are not sports, because in a real world scenario there are no rules, and people do not fight fairly.
Kaisho Ju-Jitsu Ryu focuses on teaching and encouraging within a friendly atmosphere. Our training is very effective and conducted to the highest standard: from infant classes to the junior, teenager's and adult classes. Classes are held at the following locations St Albans, Hertford, Harpenden, Amptill, Lechworth Garden City, Kings Langley, Dunstable, Bedford and Wheathampstead. We keep our class size small so that you will have more time with an instructor to develop your skills.
