Mark Titcombe

I've been taking pictures since I was 8 years old, after a school trip to Paris I'll never forget other parents commenting on my pictures to my mother, I was hooked. All I' wanted was to take great images that transported the viewer to that place and time.

Until recently I shot images that I thought would please others, if I'm honest it took me an inordinately long time to realise that working this way, not only was I not happy with my work but also my images were suffering, the net result was that for a while I actually hung up my cameras. Now (apart from my commercial work) I take pictures that please me and I'm more passionate about my photography than ever.
