As a professional architect I appreciate that for every client their investment in developing their property, whether a small home extension, large scale refurbishment, private new build or a commercial development represents a major commitment. My services include all aspects of planning consent, building regulations, design and build/project management. I believe that by working hands-on and direct with my clients I can better interpret their ideas and help make them become reality.
Mark Fage BSc (hons) Dip Arch RIBA, I have gained a wide range of experience since qualifying in London over 20 years ago. Projects have included large scale redevelopments, offices, shops, warehouses and residential projects for developers, and private projects for homeowners.
Recently I have carried out a variety challenging residential projects for clients in Essex, Suffolk and London. Private commissions include new build houses, extentions and converting and renovating a number of Listed Buildings some in areas designated to be of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
