Marie Glanfield Yoga

A life long lover of movement based disciplines, Marie trained to teach yoga in 2006. Marie continues travel to pursue her studies annually with world renowned teachers. She is certified and insured to teach hatha, vinyasa, yin, pre/post natal yoga, children's yoga and yoga and Ayurveda as therapy. Furthermore, Marie has studied trauma sensitive yoga, breath based practices, reiki, meditation, mindfulness, yoga philosophy and anatomy/physiology in great depth. She loves to dance, enjoys tai qi and qi gong and adores simplicity and nature.
