I grew up in the north east of Thailand in the Chaiyapum region. At the age of 16, I went to the cooking academy in Khonkan, which is close to my hometown. I moved to Bangkok when I was 20 and, having worked hard, opened my own Thai restaurant. I ran my restaurant for seven years before moving to England.
