Our custom built teaching pool located on the Sherwood Road, Bromsgrove is maintained at a comfortable 32°c which enables us to deliver our premium tuition in an environment suited to all ages. Whether you are looking for swimming sessions for you and your child to enjoy together, swimming lessons for your child aged 3+ years or you want to learn to swim yourself, we have days and times to suit. All our children’s lessons are delivered in small groups of 4 children to 1 teacher with the teacher in the water until swimmers can complete 15m unaided, at which time the groups are taught from the poolside. At ‘Making Waves’ we believe that swimming lessons can be both fun and structured at the same time, which is why we focus on delivering lessons from day 1 which encourage swimmers to submerge their faces and swim strokes correctly. With our custom designed badge range, children are always given the motivation to swim their best whilst the lessons always retain the fun factor that children need to excel. At ‘Making Waves’, we understand that no two children are the same which is why we tailor our lessons to the individual which can only be achieved by maintaining small teaching groups.
