Maggie Costella is a trained experienced Counsellor, MBACP ( registered). Working as a dual therapist from different modalities which can be taken individually or combined. She considers herself a mindful mind-body-spirit practitioner who believes in the power of creative choice and conscious embodiment.
My work, training and experiences look a bit like this, I worked as a staff nurse for several years and then continued my education by completing my degree after which I worked in the voluntary sector as a project worker. This work was a mixture of one to one support and group work and included telephone support on 2 national telephone helplines.
My Counselling/Psychotherapy practice is influenced by my previous and current training, knowledge and experience that has been gained over the past 35 years. From my extensive trauma training and experience I understand that the unresolved trauma energy continues to replay through our central nervous system causing current symptoms.
