We also carry out traditional building works including underpinning, concrete foundations, brick/blockwork and rendering/roughcast, following though onto internal stud partitions and finishes.High level access work is a specialist area within which we operate. With IPAF trained employees, we undertake roof and facade maintenance and repairs with both stick and articulated power booms and scissor lifts.Complementing the Company's regular maintenance involvement, we are also involved in more specialized works including Lithomex sandstone repairs, Linotol external stone coatings, Butyl Rubber box gutter linings and proprietary damp proof injection works.Part of the external works we carry out includes drainage repairs and footpath/car park construction & maintenance, with in-house expertise to handle both hand and machine-lay bituminous materials.
