Macaulay Scott Printing

1969 - We began printing from small workshop in Blackheath, South East London. Using a Letter press machine, business stationery and leaflets were supplied to customers from Greenwich, Blackheath and into Central London. 1976 - Our print works moved to Welling. The new larger site, fronted on a popular thoroughfare, allowed the creation of a customer friendy shop front and expansion of machinery to include 2 colour lithographic presses and more print finishing equipment. The more southerly location also encouraged more print trade from North West Kent. 1980's - Realising the demand for instant copying, we began to offer not only A4 and A3 copies but also large format black and white copies for architectural plans and posters. 1987 - To increase the speed of quoting we worked closely with a programmer to produce a print estimating and invoicing package.
