Our firm was started by Mr Rajadurai Manoharan in June 2006 at 180 Mitcham Road, London and we moved to our current premises since October 2012. We provide advice on many areas of law including criminal matters, traffic offences, conveyancing and family law. Mr Manoharan specialises in criminal matters and with over 30 years of experience, he has dealt with many cases involving serious fraud, money laundering, robbery, rape, drugs and other serious criminal matters. This firm currently holds the criminal franchise granted by the Legal Aid Agency (formerly Legal Services Commission) and hence legal aid help is available for individuals involved in criminal matters subject to financial means. Mr Manoharan also takes charge of the conveyancing department and deals with sale of properties and business leases on a privately funded basis. The firm has another partner Mr David Phillips. Mr Phillips has overall supervision for the criminal franchise held by this firm.
