M Bennett Associates are a small firm of Independent Chartered Surveyors that specialise in Homebuyers Surveys and Valuation Reports in South Yorkshire, Chesterfield and North Derbyshire. Mark Bennett, prinicipal surveyor is a member of the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and the ISVA (Independent Surveyors Association). He has had a practice in Sheffield since 1987 and has a wealth of experience in the local property market.

We specialise in surveying and valuations of residential property and offer a first class personal service. Being independent means that you receive a completely unbiased report as we act solely on your behalf. You are also able to discuss all aspects of the property and the report directly with the surveyor. We offer the very comprehensive Homebuyers Survey and full Valuation Reports as well as general advice in all aspects of buying a house.

Mark Bennett BSc (Hons) is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and also the Independent Surveyors Association. He has over 20 years experience of the property market in the Sheffield and North Derbyshire area. Mark also owns MBA Lettings & Property Management Ltd and is experienced in all aspects of lettings and property management as both a landlord and an agent.
