MBA is a long established local practice with a wealth of successful experience on a wide range of large and small schemes and is a direct continuation of the practice originally founded in Lincoln in 1864 by William Watkins. We employ experienced technical staff and consultants and specialise in acting as lead consultants able to organise a multi-disciplinary approach to projects. The practice has a history of working within conservation areas and with listed buildings.

Clients have included developers, county councils, churches, local authorities, health service trusts, schools, house builders, as well as private commercial customers. We are an RIBA Chartered Practice and our Health and Safety Policy, Environmental Policy and Equal Opportunities Policy are based on the RIBA model documents. We also work in accordance with the RIBA Quality Manual Guidelines.
