We set up the clinic to provide a convenient, friendly physiotherapy service for the people of Lymington and the New Forest. We pride ourselves in offering a personal approach to meet the individual needs of our clients in a professional but relaxed environment. We will work with you to help understand the cause of your injury or condition, and create a personalised plan to enable you to achieve optimum performance and well being, whatever your age or fitness.

Helen qualified as a physiotherapist with a BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy from the University of Manchester in 2003. Since gaining general physiotherapy experience in a junior post for 2 years in a large teaching hospital in Manchester she has specialised in musculo-skeletal physiotherapy and worked as a Specialist Physiotherapist at Manchester Royal Infirmary and a successful private practice in Cheshire, before relocating to the New Forest.
