Luzia buys most of the tinctures from the Organic Herb Trading Company in Somerset, which uses only organic and fresh herbs. For some tinctures she uses organic herbs from her own garden, or from the walled garden belonging to the Long Crichel Bakery.

An initial consultation costs £45 and lasts between an hour and an hour and half. The prescribed medicine costs on average £5 for one week's supply. If a patient is unable to drive to the practice Luzia is happy to arrange home visits.
