After a further 3 years in house training I proved mature enough and in being offered a charge hand gardeners position with my employer. Working with a team, I soon gained a vast experience in the delicate art of man management and all types of soft and hard landscaping tasks from simple maintenance tasks up to greenhouse management, landscaping projects and construction and maintenance of playground equipment in the Midlothian area.
