The Company is owned and run by Neil Hartley who brings over 20 years experience to Lorne Estates. During that time he has been a Director at some of the most active property developers in the Midlands. For nearly five years, from September 2004 until February 2009, he was Development Director for Wilson Bowden Developments Ltd. Before that he was Managing Director of Miller Birch Ltd, which he joined in 2000 and prior to that Managing Director of Birch Developments Ltd (and its sister Company Cedar House Investments Ltd), which he joined in 1993 from Hyperion Properties, a subsidiary of NFC, where he started his career. Lorne Estates is built on the same professionalism, commitment and commercialism that have made such a success of Neil’s career to date.
