We aim to complete your delivery and fitting within 5 working days, however we can hold your goods for 28 days with no storage costs. Please provide us with at least 3 days notice of your desired installation date. We can uplift and dispose of old flooring, prices vary depending on old flooring and floor size, please discuss this with the estimator before installation.

For furniture removal we request you to move all fragile items please. We do charge a fee for appliance and furniture removal, please discuss this with the estimator before installation. Please note we do not disconnect or reconnect heating, cookers and washing machines.

All our installers are time served tradesman and will be as careful as possible when installing your flooring, however with some flooring coming in at 5 meters wide maneuvering this can cause some marking on the fixtures and fittings of your home in the unlikely event of this happening some touch-ups maybe required by the customer. During the winter months carpet and vinyl backing has been known to crack, we ask all our customers to have the heating on at least 3 hours before installation.
