Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel

I wish that we could give more stars to Emma! This was the first time we ever boarded our Burmese and she can be a grump when not in her comfort zone. Emma really worked with us to ensure that her stay was a great experience, both for Saffron and for us. We could not speak anymore highly of the Winchmore Hill Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel!

I have used Longcroft Cat Hotel St Albans for the first time and I was so impressed with the excellent service and cleanliness of the rooms that I would recommend it to any cat owner. Ollie loved his little bed and when I collected him he was calm and looking very clean and smart. Gill obviously adores cats and made him feel at ease during his stay.
