We have offices in London, Palma, and Washington DC. Today Bendinat has projects in Port Andraitx, Portocolom and Bendinat, as well as being Joint Venture Partners with European Tour.
Our luxury apartments are built in Mallorca's best locations, close to the sea. Near the port of Andraitx there are two projects built to the very highest standards. Homes are south or southwest facing with sea views, both have pools, gardens and 5 star interiors. Apartments in Sa Cala have access to the sea and Las Vistas is built in modern and minimalist style. On the east of the island the first phase of our new project in Portocolom is now complete, just 120m from the harbour front in this idyllic fishing village.
