Aikido Classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings in the Silverlock Tenants Hall in SE16, and every Sunday morning at the Tokei Martial Arts Centre in SE1. We are a recognised Aikido Development Society club and hold membership of the British Aikido Board and the Japanese Aikido Association. The practice of Aikido can benefit everyone, regardless of age or gender.

Anyone who attends the regular well run classes with BAB qualified instructors, can enjoy and improve their health and fitness, posture, co-ordination and confidence, as well as learning new practical skills, and body movement.
The classes are well attended with Aikido students always on the mat and the classes are aimed at all levels from beginner to advanced students and everyone is welcome to come along regardless of level, fitness or experience.
