Lombard Cleaning Services Ltd was a subsidiary of Reunion Properties, it was exclusively cleaning all 33 Reunion's Property's but was not making a profit. Mr K.B Szeller who was working as a Manager at the time persuaded the owner Mr Benjamin Reeves to think about going out to tender for not only to the private sector but to Government tenders too. Within 1 year Mr K.B Szeller had turned a loss making business into a profit making one. In 1973 when Mr Reeves died he bequeathed in his will that all the Directors of Reunion Properties give all their shares for Lombard Cleaning Services to Mr K.B Szeller.
At the head of the company now is Chris Szeller, he together with his wife Mimi have been running the Company for many years.
