There are good road links to Cardiff, Bristol and Swansea offering patients a large onsite parking facility. Dental implants are the modern way to replace missing teeth. The implant is a small titanium post, which is placed into the bone where the tooth root would normally be. It is then left, for a period of 2 to 4 months to allow adequate integration of the bone with the implant to occur. Then impressions will be taken for construction of the implant abutment and the crown or bridge. It is the most conservative option, as it does not involve preparation or attachments to any natural teeth. It is the closest form of replacement of natural teeth that current science offers.
