It is for this reason we have developed our recovery business in response. LODESTAR Special Projects provide Interim Management Services and act as Perfomance and Recovery agents. In addition we assist Private Equity in supporting their senior management and act as intermediaries facilitating the way external advice from other specialist consultancies is implemented in the business.
