To help my clients who are working during the week or until very late, I also work on Saturdays and Sundays upon request. In addition, I am at your service, Monday to Friday, from 9 am until 8 pm. If is later than 8 pm and you have an emergency, please do not hesitate to contact me via email. I usually reply in less than 15 minutes. I have over 15 years of professional IT experience, and I use the latest sophisticated equipment. Therefore, most of my visits take less than an hour, and for that, I charge £40. If I need to work a little longer, I charge £10.00 for each additional 15 minutes. For longer jobs, I charge per job and not per hour. You do not have to pay an hourly rate, but a reduced, fixed and previously agreed on a price for every job. No fix, no fee and no hidden charges with me.
