The club is run by Master Paul Jones (5th Dan) with over 25 years experience as the Tae Kwon Do instructor and gaining an impressive array of awards and achievements such as 8 times "Welsh Champion", 5 times "British Champion", twice "World Sparring Medallist" along with well deserved "Sports Personality of the Year", "Coach of the Year" and "Team of the Year". You'll not only be receiving some of the best training in the country but you'll also have a great deal of fun doing so. Catering for people of all ages and abilities we hold 2 classes per week every Monday and Friday, so no matter how busy your schedule is you'll always find time to train.
