I believe in taking a holistic approach when seeking treatment for imbalances and choosing to live a more balanced lifestyle. What primarily distinguishes holistic healing apart from alternative medicine, complementary medicine, and integrative medicine is that physical health is not necessarily the main focus. Even so, it is often the experience of physical discomfort that will first prompt a person's pursuit of holistic healing.
I specialise in Reflexology, Reiki, Swedish massage and Tsuboki Japanese face massage 'the natural face lift' and ear candling. I also have qualifications in Colour therapy and Seated and Thai massage which I incorporate in my treatments.
I have struggled in the past with my own health and seen fantastic results physically and emotionally through having complementary therapies and so decided to give up my career in Corporate Access and Marketing and pursue my dream to be a therapist and help others get into balance and relieve the day to day pressures put on us all.
