Hi, my name is Liz Seal, and I am a clinical aromatherapist and qualified holistic massage therapist. To offer an holistic treatment, I use a number of techniques to meet the requirements of each individual. These may include hot and cold stones, deep cellular and energy balancing tuning forks and essential oils. I also use a range of crystals for their energy and vibrational healing.I am continuing to attend training courses and workshops, to extend my knowledge and understanding of the human body and condition. This helps me to evaluate and improve the treatments available.
