Smart-Net is our equivalent to 'HIVE' but includes the control of the alarm system. From your mobile phone (or remote internet connection) you can set / unset your alarm, receive all security, fire, flood and home-care alerts. These alerts can include Images and Video for clarification. This is in addition to being able to control the lighting, heating and other electrical applicances in your home, office or factory. Service-Net is our after sales service and maintenance offering. We have a team of experienced engineers ready to support you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Under the cover of our Maintenance Contract you can call us any time, any day, and an engineer will help you over the phone or attend your premises to resolve any issues that you have. We are able to monitor your security system so that in the event of an alert the Police response can be automatically summoned.
