He began his fitness education with Premier Training International, who are regarded as the UK's leading health and fitness training provider. Subsequently has completed many advanced training programmes with the CHEK Institute such as Exercise Coach, Holisitic Lifestyle Coach, Scientific Back Training, Scientific Core Conditioning, Swiss ball training for rehabilitation, Programme Design, A Neurodevelopmental Approach to Conditioning to name but a few!

His approach to physical conditioning and health is calculated, unique and scientifically applied to each client for optimal results. Stuart is enthusiastic, passionate and creative he believes the only way to coach is to "Be" after all, you cannot lead people to a destination you yourself have not travelled.
