Littleborough Deli is a family run business, established 6 years ago, started by husband and wife team Andy & Jade Mckay. Andy Mckay (proprietor) has the advantage of eight years previous experience in the food industry. Training as a chef at the award winning Nutters Restaurant, Rochdale, going on to build on his skills as sous-chef at the award winning The Dining Room, Rawtenstall. Andy has adapted his skills to make delicious homemade pies, cakes and home cooked meats at the Deli.
