Little Jems Nursery

Little Jems Nursery and Out of School Club was established in 1988. We cater for children from 3 months to 11 years in a safe and homely atmosphere. The Nursery operates from two adjoining terraced houses, which are listed buildings in a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk from Carlisle City Centre. We are open from 8am until 6pm, 5 days per week 51 weeks a year, closing for 1 week between Christmas and New Year and for all Statutory Bank Holidays.

Little Jems Nursery is registered with Ofsted and creates an environment which facilitates the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Little Jems has built up an excellent reputation largely thanks to our long-standing, and loyal staff. Having a low turnover of staff ensures good continuity of care for your children.
