She is a qualified and very experienced practitioner with over 18 years experience in childcare. She will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, to include all professional childcare issues, health promotion, staff management, parental satisfaction and quality of service. Gillian is a mother of three children, and has three grandchildren.
