Little Caterpillars Childminding

For the last 9 years, I have worked with children of all ages. I have a teaching Degree and have worked in Primary Schools in and around Woking. I have worked as a Teaching Assistant supporting students with learning difficulties and foreign students. I was also an Au Pair to 5 year old twin girls. Becoming a childminder was a natural progression for me, as I have always worked in education and wanted to continue working with kids but also have the opportunity to spend more time with my daughter.

As a childminder I take children in my care to local playgroups, play grounds, parks, etc., and with parental consent I will take children on trips. I provide a caring, fun and stimulating environment, with a structured day for learning through play. I offer a real home from home setting, which is an excellent alternative to a nursery. In my house I have two rooms dedicated to childminding, with plenty of toys and books that are accessible to children at all times.
