My background is in graphic and web design, and I have been luckily enough to work for some brilliant companies in Cardiff, Wales. I gained a wide range of skills and knowledge and I specialised in Website Design.

My interest in User Experience Design began whilst working at Rantmedia in Cardiff with a team of designers and developers creating large websites and mobile applications. I feel UX helps everyone in the team considerably throughout the whole design process and enables the best final outcome. I graduated from Kingston University, London in 2014 with distinction classification ‘MSc User Experience Design'.

I have a keen interest in user behaviour: online decision making, engagement, emotional decision making, brand engagement in particular. I believe the better the user is understood, the better the design will be.
