The Lite Tax specialises small to medium sized businesses have an advantage over sole traders and partnerships because they have the pleasure of not having to pay the dreaded payments on account. At present, the current basic corporation tax for private and public limited companies is 19% of any cash left in the company when all payments are made and there is no more money to pay.

Business Fundamentals Ltd was formed by Paul Light in July 2003, initially with the purchase of a small client bank from the Business Clinic. It has grown rapidly since its incorporation. The brand was consolidated in 2013 to become Lite Tax Ltd.

We started with a handful of accountancy clients and it is fair to say that with have worked with them to develop their businesses. In return, we have been very fortunate and they have recommended their colleagues and friends to us. We work with individuals and business throughout North Somerset including Yatton, Clevedon, Portishead and Nailsea.

We are recognised as a trusted and respected financial solutions company. We provide excellent service and advice to our customers allowing them to implement financial control in their organisations, this, in turn, gives them the opportunity to maximise their wealth.

Our vision is to continue to become a regional accountant with a global presence. We aim to retain 15 to 20 partners and a network of offices. Our reputation is to allow us to be seen as the ‘must ask professional’ for all SME’s and the local media for all financial matters.
